Independence and safety CAN coexist! This course emphasizes general and individualized suggestions for daily living that will increase the chances of an improved quality of life. In addition to offering practical home safety consideration checklists and recommending related resources, instructor will discuss the components of building and maintaining a healthy physical and psychological autonomy. We will introduce gentle therapeutic yoga designed to increase balance and strength with accompanying breathing practices to improve focus and coordination.
