NESTcafé: Connecting to Joy in Challenging Times

February 26 @ 2:00 pm - 3:30 pm

Feeling disconnected, isolated, and stressed? Is the pervasive cultural disharmony and fear on all sides leaving you feeling that your world is upside down? Need a positive boost? Through a blend of theory, experiential participation, and plenty of laughter, you will learn the principles of Joy In Action and how they translate into practical skills and tools that will help you improve the quality of your everyday interactions.

Jeff Blank, founder of Joy in Action, has dedicated himself to the healing arts for over 32 years as a licensed massage therapist, instructor, and clown. Drawing upon his world-wide clowning experience, Jeff adapts the power and humor of clowning and combines it with self-awareness exercises to refine people’s perceptions and widen their range of possible responses.
Our sincere thanks to the Lifelong Recreation Program for making available the space at the Brig.
This event is free and open to the public.
