Caring for another adult—whether part-time or full-time—can be both rewarding and challenging. Our Caregiver Support Group offers a welcoming space to share experiences, gain practical advice, and receive emotional support from others who understand the journey. The group is open to anyone providing care for an adult, regardless of the type of care you provide. The group will meet on the second Tuesday of each month.

Facilitator Toni Ameslav, MSW, is a geriatric and medical social worker with decades of experience serving older adults in Seattle and King County. Since 2016, she has worked part-time at the Center for Active Living in West Seattle, assisting participants with home care, Medicaid, family issues, and care transitions. She also leads several support and discussion groups. Toni lives in northeast Seattle.
