Personal Pyramid Workshop – Section A
May 7 @ 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm
This workshop is being offered twice to allow more people to attend. It is not a two-part workshop.
Get Fired Up with Your Personal Pyramid
Our aspirations, desires, and goals immediately generate an inner resistance. You know the feelings: “It’s change. It’s hard. It’ll take time. Why bother?” This playshop uses four questions to guide the
construction of your unique Purpose Pyramid. The finished pyramid will fit in the palm of your hand. As you play with it, you’ll find ways to shift from an inner tug of war to an inner dance. What can this be used for? Anything you want. For example, decluttering, finishing your will, or completing your memoir. Space is limited – please contact the NEST office to register.
NEST Member John Perkins, Ph.D. learned to use Personal Pyramids from its inventor, Prasad Kaipa, in 1996. He has since created dozens of pyramids to help him with his writing projects, consultant assignments, and relationships. He has facilitated workshops across the nation on topics such as mediation, forgiveness, anger, dreams, relationships, excuses, power dynamics in groups, and Motivational Interviewing.
