The Dealing with Dementia Caregiver Workshop is for Alzheimer's and dementia family caregivers to gain a better understanding of dementia, utilize best practice strategies to effectively manage dementia behaviors and develop habits of stress management and self-care. Participation in the Dealing with Dementia workshop is proven to increase dementia knowledge and confidence in a caregiver’s ability to provide care.
Caregivers who complete the 4-hour workshop will receive a free copy of the new Dealing with Dementia Guide. This guide provides over 300 pages of information and solutions to problems caregivers face every day. If you are a caregiver or know someone who is caring for a loved one with dementia, don’t miss this important opportunity.
Content developed by the Roslyn Carter Institute for Caregiving.
