Get Your Ducks in a Row: How to Simplify Your Estate Plan
About this event
What are the essential legal documents that I need to have in place in case I become incapacitated? What legal documents can I use to make sure my wishes are carried out during my lifetime and after my death? Will my estate need to go through probate? Are there steps I can take now to simplify my estate plan? This seminar presented by Rebecca King from Northwest Elder Law will help you answer these questions and more.
Rebecca King has over 25 years of experience serving seniors in a variety of settings. She holds her Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from the University of South Florida and her law degree from Seattle University. Prior to entering the practice of law, Rebecca worked as a hospice and skilled nursing facility social worker, a hospital discharge planner, and an assisted living administrator. Rebecca’s law practice provides services in elder law, estate planning, guardianship, protection of vulnerable adults, and estate and trust administration.
NOTE: For non-members, there is a suggested donation of $10 for all programs and events.
