About this event

Open to all, other instruments or voice only!

Join our Music Song Circle! Whether you're a seasoned musician or simply love to sing along, this welcoming group is for everyone. Bring your own instrument or just your voice, and come share in the joy of making music together. All skill levels are welcome—it's all about having fun and connecting through the power of music! We’ll explore a wide variety of genres including folk, Hawaiian, jazz standards, pop, rock, tin pan alley, blues - and what’s your favorite? Copies of a song book will be available for a starter, and who knows, maybe we’ll develop our own NEST songbook. If you have a favorite song you would like to do please bring copies to share or contact me before the session so I can add it to the book.

The session will be facilitated by NEST member John Leder. A lifetime music player, John is a cofounder and past president of the Seattle Ukulele Players Association (SUPA - www.seattleukulele.org). He has taught group and private students at Dusty Strings Music School, in his home studio, and at NEST.
