Feeling overwhelmed? You are not alone. How much is enough? How come I have so much stuff? It really is too much. Let's explore ways to ease the mess and accumulation with less stress, including avoid getting overwhelmed by the mental obstacles and emotional barriers that often must be faced. Downsizing corresponds with other life transitions, and can bring feelings of guilt, fear, and loss. A home represents a sacred period in one's life, and the downsizing, possibly moving, is essentially closing a chapter. Some don't want to let go of the time and memories that have come to be associated with their home. Let's work toward feeling grateful for having less stuff and more time, and see more clearly what is important to you in your current season of life.
